Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Sr. Product Manager to join the Enterprise Security Technology team to lead on this critical mission.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading product management in security and/or enterprise services and strong technical knowledge to work with security architects to help define the best overall solution. They are data-driven, ensuring we are strategically working toward the right outcomes but have a strong bias for action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity domains, especially endpoint security, network security, cloud security, Identity, and data protection.
• Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience defining technical product requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience in agile/lean environments and agile product development.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including executive presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Vision, Strategy, & Roadmap – set strategic vision with executives and roadmaps.
• Customers, Partners, and Collaborators – engage with stakeholders to align requirements and goals.
• Planning, Delivery, and Execution – collaborate with engineering to deliver plans and results.
• Market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life with timely delivery.
• Represent area as subject matter expert to internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
