Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead security and enterprise services product initiatives in the United States. The role focuses on translating customer needs into secure, scalable solutions and collaborating with security architects to define the best overall approach.

You will drive automation, agentic optimizations, and potential M&A integrations while aligning with executive strategy and delivery timelines. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management or a related role.
• Deep expertise in various cybersecurity domains (endpoint, network, cloud, identity, data protection).
• Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience turning technical requirements into actionable product plans.
• Experience in agile/lean environments and strong Agile understanding.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and roadmaps with executives.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to align requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver plans and results.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life and measure KPIs.
