Ladders is seeking a Sr Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for our accounting-focused SaaS offerings. You will partner closely with engineering, product, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to shape priorities that drive adoption and business growth.

This is a remote role where you will use market insight, operational understanding, and data-driven decision-making to guide feature development and bring new capabilities to market, coordinating across teams for timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience across product roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own product strategy and roadmap execution for accounting-focused software offerings within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineering, product, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to shape priorities that support adoption and business growth. You will use market insight, operational understanding, and data-driven decision-making to guide feature development and bring new capabilities to market.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration
• Define and prioritize feature requirements based on market needs and strategic goals
• Foster partnerships to enhance product direction and customer adoption
• Drive innovation in accounting offerings by proposing new ideas
• Ensure timely delivery of features by coordinating with product and engineering teams
• Establish metrics to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions
• Lead collaboration across various teams during the Go-To-Market process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years in a SaaS company as a product owner, analyst, or manager
• 5+ years in Accounting, Financial Services, or Retail Cash/Sales Audit preferred
• Experience with enterprise ERPs such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Workday preferred
