Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap execution, and cross‑functional alignment for enterprise SaaS products serving finance and accounting customers. This role blends strong product leadership with financial acumen to deliver customer‑centric, commercially sound outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product roadmap strategy, priorities, and execution
• Conduct market, customer, and prospect analysis to identify opportunities
• Translate strategy into epics, prioritize initiatives, and track delivery
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support
• Communicate roadmap direction, releases, and value propositions
• Lead and mentor Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Manage product decisions with P&L accountability and financial discipline
• Support customer escalations, risk mitigation, and sales conversations
• Contribute to discovery, design sprints, and requirements definition as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong background working with finance or accounting‑focused products
• Proven success owning roadmaps, prioritization, and customer‑driven outcomes
• Experience managing by P&L and making data‑driven trade‑offs
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsProduct certifications (Pragmatic, SAFe POPM, or similar) are a plus
• Office‑based with flexibility for remote work as needed
