Ladders is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to shape strategy and delivery of innovative products within the Real Estate & Construction space.

You will translate market insights into a clear roadmap and actionable requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams to align product direction with business goals. The role emphasizes end-to-end experience design, Lean/UX validation, and close collaboration with users to ensure delivery of value.

Formación

• 5–7 years of directly related experience in product or services development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with product development, requirements analysis and competitive analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean and UX principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will shape the strategy and delivery of innovative products that support a complex, customer-focused business in the real estate and construction ecosystem. You will translate market insights and user needs into a clear roadmap, detailed requirements, and practical execution plans. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams and users to define the end-to-end experience and ensure the product direction is aligned with business goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,500 – $156,650 annually
