Senior Product Manager

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Product Manager. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, and geographically distributed team. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and clients is essential for making joint decisions to deliver valuable software quickly. Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand, articulate, and execute product vision and roadmap.
  2. Manage significant product initiatives with strong product management skills and technical knowledge.
  3. Actively manage the team backlog, implementation planning, and operational readiness.
  4. Adapt in a fast-paced, Agile SAFe Scrum environment.
  5. Elicit, analyze requirements, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  6. Translate technical changes into business value and communicate with stakeholders.
  7. Work independently to solve problems, prioritize work, and communicate effectively.
  8. Coordinate with application users and stakeholders to understand business needs.
  9. Collaborate with architects and SMEs to develop solutions meeting business requirements.
  10. Define, groom, and prioritize user stories, maintaining high-quality artifacts using tools like Rally, Visio, Lucidchart.
  11. Analyze data integration points and process workflows from end-to-end.
  12. Manage and analyze business requirements, prioritize changes, and resolve conflicts.
  13. Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams for feature delivery.
  14. Conduct impact analysis, design reviews, and test case reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
  15. Understand and discuss cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud.

Required Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of relevant product experience supporting Scrum teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
  2. CSPO / SAFe Agilist / SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification.
  3. Experience as a technical product owner.
  4. Experience with enterprise integration and cloud implementations.
  5. Experience with clinical healthcare/pharmacy data and clinical decision support systems.

Salary and Compensation:

The annual salary ranges from $81,337 to $141,500 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
