About the Role

Appfire is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that enhance product adoption and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will support a leading SEI platform that tracks software development lifecycle metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Strategic Positioning: Conduct market and competitive analyses, develop segmentation models, and translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with product management on roadmaps, plan product launches, and work with demand generation teams on targeted campaigns.
  3. Sales Enablement and Training: Create marketing materials, organize training sessions, and develop competitive intelligence resources.
  4. Customer Advocacy and Content Strategy: Gather success stories, develop high-impact content, and engage with customers and influencers for feedback.
  5. Cross-Functional Leadership: Build relationships across teams, provide industry insights, and serve as an internal spokesperson.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years in enterprise software or related products.
  • Deep understanding of software development practices, tools, and lifecycle.
