The Anywhere UX team is a rapidly growing group, positioned as a thought leader within the company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize real estate technology interactions. As a Senior UX Designer, you will create delightful, intuitive, and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your design skills and strategic thinking will guide product development, ensuring competitiveness and user-friendliness in the evolving real estate market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, demonstrating negotiation, trade-offs, and informed decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvements and innovations. Translate insights into actionable design strategies and product enhancements.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop clear information architectures and user flows. Create wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with teams for feedback and iteration.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces aligned with branding. Develop prototypes to communicate concepts. Work with developers for seamless implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and refine designs. Iterate based on feedback and evolving requirements.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a design system. Establish guidelines and best practices for a unified experience.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven 5+ years in designing web and mobile user experiences.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, InVision, etc.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
