Sr Product Designer I, AIS - US Based Remote

Lensa, a leading career site, is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join the Anywhere Real Estate UX team. This role involves creating user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding product development with strategic design insights.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand needs and preferences, analyze behaviors, and translate insights into design strategies.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop information architectures, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on feedback.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces, develop prototypes, and collaborate with developers for implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and refine designs accordingly.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system and guidelines.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work with stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design for web and mobile.
