Responsibilities:

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into design strategies.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, iterating based on feedback.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces, develop prototypes, and collaborate with developers for seamless implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and refine designs continuously.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system and guidelines.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, InVision, etc.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
