The Anywhere UX team is a rapidly growing group, positioned as a thought leader within the company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize real estate technology interactions. As a Senior UX Designer, you will create delightful, intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, guiding product development to remain competitive and user-friendly. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, demonstrating your negotiation, decision-making, and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyze user behavior, interactions, and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Translate insights into actionable design strategies and product enhancements.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop clear information architectures and user flows. Create detailed wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with teams for feedback and iteration.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces aligned with the brand. Develop prototypes and work with development teams for seamless implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and refine designs based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a design system. Establish guidelines and best practices for a consistent user experience.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven 5+ years of experience designing for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects and solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, InVision, etc.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of current UX trends and emerging tech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
