The Anywhere UX team is a rapidly growing group, positioned as a thought leader within the company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize real estate technology. As a Senior UX Designer, you will create delightful, intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, guiding product development with your design skills and strategic thinking. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, negotiate trade-offs, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Translate insights into actionable design strategies.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop information architectures and user flows. Create wireframes and prototypes, gathering feedback and iterating on designs.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces that align with the brand. Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and refine designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a design system, establishing guidelines for a consistent user experience.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, InVision, etc.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of UX trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
