Chobani is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Activation to drive day-to-day execution of product sampling programs in the Chicago area. The role covers field operations, cold chain management, inventory, and staffing to create high-quality consumer touchpoints that boost trial and retail conversion.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving field environment with a focus on flawless execution and brand integrity.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, event operations, or sampling program management.
• Experience managing logistics, vehicles, or cold storage systems is preferred in food/beverage contexts.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of mobile sampling programs across key markets and events.
• Oversee fleet vehicle scheduling, setup, cleanliness, and maintenance for timely deployment.
• Ensure food safety and cold chain protocols, including proper handling and temperature control.
• Manage field assets, uniforms, storage units, and equipment for readiness and brand alignment.
• Schedule and train brand ambassadors to deliver top-tier consumer experiences and uphold brand voice.
• Monitor program metrics and provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
