Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to lead end-to-end activation production across the United States. You will oversee planning, logistics, warehousing, and on-site execution for sampling programs and brand experiences.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and the ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with activation, operations, brand, sales, and warehouse partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experiential production, mobile marketing, event operations, field logistics, or large-scale consumer activation.
• At least 3 years as primary production/operational lead for complex programs.
• Experience leading activations from scoping and budgeting through production, execution, breakdown, reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs, mobile tours, retail activations and national events.
• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, equipment lists, packing lists and readiness checklists.
• Oversee venue requirements including access, refrigeration, power, parking, security and consumer flow.
• Coordinate movement of product, vehicles, equipment and branded assets between warehouses, markets and events.
• Manage carriers, drivers, delivery schedules, shipment tracking and refrigerated transportation.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity and inventory, storage, replenishment and disposition.
• Standardize packing, labeling, storage and event-kit processes; ensure assets are clean and deployment-ready.
• Develop budgets across production, transportation, warehousing, equipment, labor and travel; review estimates and negotiate rates.
