Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Product Activation to lead day-to-day mobile sampling programs, ensuring flawless field execution across markets and events. You will manage logistics, cold chain, staffing, and assets while upholding brand integrity and safety standards.

You will partner with Sales and Retail Marketing to maximize in-store trial, drive brand affinity, and optimize field performance. This role requires a proactive, hands-on operator in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of field marketing or sampling program experience.
• Experience managing logistics, vehicles, or cold storage; food & beverage preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of mobile sampling programs across key markets and events.
• Oversee fleet vehicle scheduling, setup, cleanliness, and maintenance to ensure timely deployment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cold chain protocols, including temperature control.
• Maintain and organize field marketing assets, uniforms, storage units, and equipment.
• Train, schedule, and manage brand ambassadors to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
• Coordinate with Sales and Retail Marketing to align activations with stores and drive in-store trial.
• Monitor program metrics and report on impressions, conversions, and feedback; manage budgets and vendor relations.
