Our client seeks a Sr. Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations supporting large-scale purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape strategy, strengthen contract management, and establish policies, while guiding a team through daily execution and staff development. This remote US-based role offers $120,000–$140,000 annually and requires a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years' relevant experience; CPM/CPSM/NACM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• CPM, CPSM, or NACM certifications, or eligibility required.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and enhance team performance.

• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Procurement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee procurement operations that support large-scale purchases, contract execution, and supplier performance across the organization. The Sr. Procurement Manager will partner with internal stakeholders to shape procurement strategy, strengthen contract management, and help establish policies and procedures that improve consistency and control. In addition, this person will provide leadership to a team, balancing daily execution with staff development and performance management.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually.
