Ladders is seeking a Procurement Manager 2 for a remote role serving aerospace and defense programs. You will oversee procurement execution for a remote team, drive performance across delivery, quality, and cost, and align purchasing with strategic objectives.

The role requires negotiating with suppliers, leading cross-functional priorities, and strengthening supply continuity while ensuring compliance with U.S. government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team, process, or projects.
• Experience in Procurement or Subcontracts is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports in procurement activities.
• Evaluate supplier delivery, quality, and cost performance.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Execute negotiations for long-term agreements and high-dollar contracts.

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Manager 2 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee procurement execution for a remote team supporting complex programs and supplier relationships in a highly regulated environment. The position will focus on driving performance across delivery, quality, and cost while aligning purchasing activity with broader organizational objectives. You will lead negotiations, coordinate priorities across functions, and help strengthen supply continuity and commercial outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,000 - $181,600 annually
