Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Procurement Sr Manager to lead procurement execution across local and global initiatives in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will focus on contract management, sourcing strategy, and cost optimization while partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support new account mobilizations and ongoing needs.

The role supervises a team, strengthens process discipline, and contributes to policy development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
  • Certifications: C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or NACM preferred.
  • Experience leading contract transitions or account mobilizations, including asset onboarding and supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision and conduct performance evaluations for the procurement team.
  • Coordinate and manage daily activities while establishing work schedules and mentoring staff.
  • Assist in developing company-wide policies, procedures, and organizational materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to execute local and global procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate and maintain global and regional contracts for large-volume purchases.
  • Lead the procurement workstream for new client accounts from pre-award to go-live.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and sourcing strategies.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Sr Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead procurement execution across local and global initiatives, with a focus on contract management, sourcing strategy, and cost optimization. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and external suppliers to support new account mobilizations and ongoing operational needs. In addition, the manager will guide a team, strengthen process discipline, and contribute to broader policy and procedure development.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI for creating dashboards and reports independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and confident communicator for engaging internal teams and external clients.
