Ladders is seeking a Sourcing Manager to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This remote role supports US-based candidates only with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating suppliers to drive cost efficiency and compliance. A strong background in procurement and vendor management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certification preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.
