Our client seeks a Sr. Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations supporting large-scale purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape strategy, strengthen contract management, and establish policies, while guiding a team through daily execution and staff development. This remote US-based role offers $120,000–$140,000 annually and requires a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years' relevant experience; CPM/CPSM/NACM certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• CPM, CPSM, or NACM certifications, or eligibility required.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and enhance team performance.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff.
• Assist in developing company-wide policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute procurement strategies at various levels.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for large-scale purchases.
• Oversee contract management processes, including terminations and renewals.
• Manage supplier certification processes and conduct performance reviews.
