Job summary

Great West Casualty Company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive business process improvements and organizational transformation. You’ll partner with leaders across the company, map workflows, and implement scalable solutions using data-driven insights.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, analyze complex data, and collaborate with multiple functions to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance customer and employee experiences. Join a team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and business documentation skills.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to business and executive leaders.

What We Are Looking For:
