Great West Casualty Company is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Vice President, Strategy & Enablement. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will translate corporate priorities into actionable plans and measurable results, building capabilities and guiding cross-functional initiatives.

You will lead teams for strategy, planning, enterprise intelligence, and product development, shaping execution roadmaps and partnering with executives to drive growth and enterprise-wide alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, FP&A, operations, actuarial, or related business disciplines.
• Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving results.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including evaluating performance, investments, forecasting and planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence executive, business, and functional leaders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of organizational change management, operational effectiveness, and business transformation.

What You'll Do

As Vice President, Strategy & Enablement, you will serve as a key partner to the Chief Strategy Officer, executive leadership team, and business leaders across the Company. You will lead teams responsible for business strategy, planning, enterprise intelligence, and product development while ensuring enterprise priorities are translated into effective execution.
