Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Sr Principal Modeling and Simulation Systems Engineer to advance MS&A efforts across missile defense, space, and intelligence programs.

You will support teams evaluating system performance, mentor junior engineers, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders while occasionally traveling to program sites. A TS clearance and strong MS&A background are required.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Top Secret clearance at start.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience using MS&A to inform the left side of the systems engineering vee.
• Proficient in Python, MATLAB, SQL for data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Support MS&A projects evaluating mission performance.
• Collaborate with diverse program teams across disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
• Communicate complex results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% as required by programs.
