Job summary

You will perform modeling, simulation, and analysis using government tools in a classified environment, leading project teams. The role emphasizes developing models with AFSIM, mentoring junior engineers, and presenting data to government customers, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8 years of related work experience, or a Master’s in STEM with 6 years, or 4 years with a PhD.
• Active in-scope U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Experience writing or reviewing complex technical papers or dissertations.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Experience presenting data and analysis to Government customers.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
• Experience performing operations research: mathematical modelling, statistics, optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
