Base pay range

$185,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Our client, a prestigious global law firm headquartered in Manhattan, NYC, is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to join their collaborative and well-established team. Job Function

1. Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing strategy, rate negotiations, and key financial decisions.
2. Lead the development and analysis of RFPs, panel submissions, and alternative fee arrangements.
3. Oversee internal reporting, pipeline tracking, and financial performance metrics.
4. Improve pricing processes and related operational workflows.
5. Leverage modern tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency.
6. Provide strategic support on client proposals and budgeting.
7. Ensure consistency in pricing practices across departments.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in pricing or finance-related roles.
3. 3 years of experience within a law firm environment.
4. 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
