Mobility Global, Inc. in Centreville, VA, seeks a Sr. Pricing Analyst to join our pricing and analytics team in a hybrid role.

You will partner with the business unit head to drive revenue growth through data-driven pricing decisions and price-action GTM tactics. You will develop pricing models, lead the annual price increase cycle, and build dashboards to communicate insights to executives. The role requires strong SQL skills, Salesforce experience, and proven analytics in pricing or revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; quantitative field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of pricing, revenue, or analytics experience.
• Strong SQL, CRM (Salesforce) and data visualization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead as revenue partner to Business Unit head with data-driven insights.
• Execute pricing frameworks for new product launches and price cycles.
• Design strategies to improve customer lifetime value and retention.

Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree with a quantitative focus.* Experience developing pricing models for new product launches.* Ability to make recommendations to stakeholders using large amounts of data.* Experience managing strategic initiatives and/or driving revenue growth through price actions. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs. This position is open to applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $121,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
