Job summary

Mobility Global Inc. is seeking a seasoned analyst to serve as the primary client point-person for Mobility Global data solutions, including Catalyst for Insight and Loyalty Analytics tools. You will analyze data, deliver insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

You will train clients, develop meaningful reports, and communicate VOC feedback to product teams to drive retention and growth. A strong analytics background and client-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Marketing.
• Five to ten years of automotive industry analysis experience in marketing, sales, analytics, or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and tell stories with data.

Responsibilities

• Develop summaries and business implications for customer teams.
• Assist in developing reports with account teams, production, and product development.

Our strength comes from our people, and here, the progress you make helps the entire automotive ecosystem move faster and with greater confidence. -10X Virginia Business Best Places to Work -9X Washingtonian Great Places to Work -10X Washington Post Top Workplace -3X St. Louis Post-Dispatch Best Places to Work **What You'll Do** * Serve as primary client point-person to promote and support Mobility Global data solutions, including Catalyst for Insight (new and used vehicle registration, sales, and vehicles in operation data) and the Loyalty Analytics Tool (household purchasing behavior data), through analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc investigations as well as proactive insights.* Understand customer questions and needs to offer data-driven solutions and insights using Mobility Global data solutions.* Develop meaningful summaries and business implications for various customer teams based on Mobility Global and client information.* Assist in developing reports by collaborating with other Mobility Global members, including account teams, production, and product development.* Communicate customer needs and specifications, output, and timing to project teams and other internal resources to ensure development projects meet client needs.* Train clients to use Mobility Global data solutions and work to increase client usage by demonstrating the value of our data and tools.* Convey Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to Mobility Global account teams and Product Management to support retention, growth, and new product enhancements and introductions.* Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and applications, both licensed and non-licensed, for assigned clients.**What We're Looking For** Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Marketing.* Five to ten years of automotive industry analysis experience in marketing, sales, analytics, or consulting.* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to adapt to different audiences.* Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and tell stories with data.* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications * Automotive OEM experience.* Customer service mindset, seeking to exceed customer expectations at every interaction.* Ability to employ creative skills to design and develop visually impactful and informative data stories.**U.S.**: \"This position is open to applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.\" The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000.
