Entrust Datacard is seeking a Sr. Press Operator for our Delta Mod-Tech operations in Minnesota. This 1st shift role focuses on set-up, run, cleaning and maintenance of flexo press equipment, with hours 5:00am–2:30pm Mon-Thu and 5:00am–9:00am Fri.

You will ensure quality and safety while meeting production goals. Responsibilities include verifying work orders, measuring and recording SPC data, troubleshooting machine-related issues, mentoring less experienced operators, supporting new product

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years experience with flexo press operation.
• Experience with UV coatings, adhesives, or inks.
• Experience with substrates including paper, film and poly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills.
• Experience using digital instruments and measuring devices to collect data.
• Ability to stand continually with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.

Position Overview

The Sr. Press Operator will be primarily responsible for set-up, run, cleaning, and general maintenance of Delta Mod-Tech’s manufacturing press equipment. This position is on 1st shift. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 2:30pm and Fridays from 5:00am to 9am.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED
• 4+ years experience with flexo press operation
• Experience with UV coatings, adhesives, or inks.
• Experience working with various substrates including paper, film and poly
• Basic math and computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude with hands‑on skills
• Experience using digital instruments and measuring devices (rulers, comparators, calipers and gauges) to collect data.
• Ability to stand continually with frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ year’s experience with Delta Mod-Tech’s flexo press operation working with films and poly

Compensation Range

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $20.13-$29.53 per hour (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
