Entrust Datacard is seeking a Sr. Press Operator in Minnesota to setup, run, and maintain Delta Mod‑Tech press equipment on a first shift. You will verify job specs, monitor print quality, and collect SPC data to ensure consistent output.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting print issues, mentoring less experienced operators, supporting new product development, and maintaining a safe, efficient production area.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience with flexo press operation.
• Experience with UV coatings, adhesives, or inks.
• Experience with substrates including paper, film and poly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills.
• Experience using digital instruments and measuring devices to collect data.
• Ability to stand continually with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization.

Position Overview

The Sr. Press Operator will be primarily responsible for set‑up, run, cleaning, and general maintenance of Delta Mod‑Tech’s manufacturing press equipment. This position is on 1st shift. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 2:30pm and Fridays from 5:00am to 9am.

Responsibilities

• Verify through work orders that job processes, spec sheets, samples, proofs and drawings are correct before production run
• Maintain quality standards by checking registration, for debris and overall print quality
• Use digital instruments and measuring devices to collect and record continuous accurate SPC data
• With minimum supervision, able to identify, troubleshoot and solve machine related problems such as tension, pressure, settings, irregular ink distribution and web‑breaks
• Serve as a mentor for less experienced Press Operators
• Support new product development efforts
• Detail‑oriented, deadline driven, self‑directed and organized individual
• Ensure a clean, healthy, and safe work environment
• Perform math functions as related to press operations
• Committed to continuous improvement
• May participate in special projects assigned
• Performs other related duties assigned

• Support and maintain ISO 9001 certification through daily work activities.
• Continuously pursue corrective and preventative measures on all products and services.
• Halt processes that could adversely affect product or service quality.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience using digital instruments and measuring devices (rulers, comparators, calipers and gauges) to collect data.
• Ability to stand continually with frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ year’s experience with Delta Mod‑Tech’s flexo press operation working with films and poly

Compensation Range

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $20.13-$29.53 per hour (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
