Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a technical lead engineer to guide enterprise workflow modernization, support, and platform evolution across multiple runbooks and target platforms.

You will partner with leadership to craft a multi-year roadmap aligned to IT strategy and business priorities. You will drive automation opportunities, governance, and best-practice standards while overseeing day-to-day platform operations, performance tuning, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with 4–6 years of enterprise platform management/architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, scripting and integrations (Rest/SOAP APIs), flow designers and data structures.
• Hands-on developer experience with SQL, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Responsible for platform administration and oversight of day-to-day platform operations, including instance health, performance tuning, and patch/upgrade management. Direct and review configuration, customizations, integrations, and workflows to ensure they meet requirements and adhere to standards

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline and 4 to 6 years of experience managing or architecting enterprise platform(s) or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, scripting and integrations (Rest/SOAP APIs), flow designers and data structures.
• Developer experiencewith one or more Workflow applications (Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Microsoft - Power Automate, Ansible, Microsoft System Center Orchestrator)
• Hands-ondeveloperexperience with SQL, C#, Python, Java,Javascript
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• YAML,MulesoftData Weave, TypeScript.
• Experience with Vibe Coding.
• Experience withAI automation.
• Experience implementing and managing platform governance and DevOps practices for enterprise solutions.
• Experience in ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
• Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta.
