Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a Senior IT/Finance Systems Architect to design and manage scalable architectures for enterprise financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics. You will lead automation efforts using Azure DevOps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing cloud solutions.

The role requires experience with ERP workflows, cloud platforms, and both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, plus mentoring teammates on standard methodologies and best practices.

Job description

Position Responsibilities

• Support build and manage scalable, efficient architectures for financial systems aligning with organizational goals and standard methodologies. Platforms include Microsoft Dynamics and a future financial planning platform
• Drive automation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals
• Oversee the implementation of new systems or modules, optimize existing systems for efficiency and user experience, and develop custom applications, extensions, or integrations as necessary
• Partner with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions
• Understand and help manage system infrastructure
• Stay updated on new technologies, lead the building of standard methodologies and documentation for financial systems, and mentor team members to foster growth and innovation
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise financial systems. or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, financial workflows, and cloud-based financial platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficient in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures.
• Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps(pipelines, repos, boards) and automation tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Master's Degree in finance, engineering, information technology, or computer science.
