Partner Company seeks a senior analytics professional to optimize performance on a large-scale, AI-enabled debt recovery platform. You will translate data into actionable strategies, forecast outcomes, and drive measurable financial impact across portfolios.

The role is remote-first in the United States, collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional teams; you will deliver evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders and help shape product and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of analytics experience with strong SQL and BI tooling.
• Ability to trace Python code and system logic to identify performance drivers.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, A/B testing, and AI-assisted analytical workflows.

• At least six years in analytics with strong SQL and BI platform proficiency.
• Ability to trace Python code and system logic to identify performance drivers.
• Practical experience with forecasting, A/B testing, and AI-assisted analytical workflows.
• Annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000.
