TrueAccord, a subsidiary of TrueML, is seeking a Sr. Performance Strategist, Collections, to own end-to-end diagnosis of performance shifts across our AI- and data science-driven recovery platform.

You translate data findings into high-impact recommendations that optimize liquidation, engagement, and client outcomes. You will collaborate with Strategy, Data Science, and engineering teams, run what-if analyses, and design experiments to scale strategies while communicating clear narratives to

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics with funnel/lifecycle diagnosis
• Advanced SQL to navigate complex schemas (Snowflake)
• Read Python or config files to trace platform behavior
• Experience using AI tools in analytics workflows
• Proficient in Looker or Tableau for self-serve BI
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience

Responsabilités

• Monitor leading indicators and diagnose shifts across clients, portfolios, and channels
• Trace findings into application logic, rules, configurations, and processing flows
• Translate root-cause insights into actionable recommendations and production rollout
• Perform what-if analyses and stress-testing to support revenue planning
• Formulate hypotheses and design structured experiments
• Deliver defensible narratives to clients and leadership across teams
