TrueAccord is seeking a Sr. Performance Strategist, Collections, to own end-to-end diagnosis of performance shifts across our AI-driven recovery platform.

You will translate data findings into high-impact recommendations that optimize liquidation, engagement, and client outcomes, working with Strategy, Data Science, and AI tools in a remote-first environment. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Looker/Tableau, and a passion for rigorous

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics with funnel/lifecycle diagnosis or channel optimization.
• Strong ability to trace root causes deep into software systems and configurations.
• Proficient in reading Python code or config files to understand behavior.
• Experience with AI tools in analytical workflows and self-serve BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own performance diagnosis across portfolios and channels to prevent bottom-line shifts.
• Trace system mechanics beyond data tables into logic, rules, and processing flows.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and production-ready recommendations.
• Lead revenue planning, what-if analyses, and scenario modeling.
• Design, run, and interpret structured experiments to scale or refine strategies.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to present defensible performance narratives.
