Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Senior Application Specialist - Oracle Fusion (Finance) to implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, with emphasis on Finance, HCM, and SCM. This on-site Milwaukee role covers application administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and integrations within an agile team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP experience, may hold Oracle Certified Expert certifications, and possess a solid understanding of related business

Qualifications

• 3+ years Oracle Fusion ERP experience.
• Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) certifications in Fusion modules are desirable.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to Oracle Fusion modules.
• OTBI and BI Publisher reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports, configures, and optimizes Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Responsible for application administration, troubleshooting, developing reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), and managing integrations.
• Collaborates with functional teams and assists with module implementation and upgrades.
