Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Solutions Engineer IV to support and advance Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across ERP, HCM, and SCM. You will architect, configure, and optimize large-scale enterprise solutions, develop integrations, and mentor junior staff.

The role emphasizes delivery, reliability, and collaboration within an Agile team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in ERP/Oracle Fusion and strong reporting skills with OTBI and BI Publisher.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/HCM implementations, support or managed services.
• Oracle Fusion ERP Experience is required or highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of business processes across ERP/HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement new and existing applications to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive architecture reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor team members on new technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives and continuous improvement.
• Ensure uptime and performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Develop and maintain integrations and reporting capabilities (OTBI/BI Publisher).
