Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver Oracle Fusion technical solutions, integrations, reporting capabilities, and platform extensions. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to drive scalable, enterprise-grade implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle technical development, enterprise application development, or software engineering experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical capabilities, especially Finance and SCM.
• Expert-level experience with FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and BICC.
• Expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and ORDS.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• Knowledge of VBS and App/Page Composer.
• Ability to provide technical direction, code review, and mentoring.
• Strong communication skills and experience working across IT and business teams.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

• Mentor engineers and help improve development practices, documentation, and code quality.
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, functional leads, and QA teams to ensure complete end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle Fusion technical issues and support root cause analysis.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post‑production validation.

Job description

The Oracle Fusion Staff Software Engineer, is a hands‑on technical role responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion technical solutions, integrations, reporting capabilities, and platform extensions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable Oracle solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
