Responsibilities
- Act as the primary FP&A thought partner to regional operations Vice Presidents, linking operational drivers to financial outcomes; drive financial visibility for operational transformation initiatives; collaborate with Procurement, Accounting and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives; own inventory and operations capex, developing reporting and tracking processes.
- Lead end‑to‑end regional financial planning and forecasting for operations, streamlining processes through automation; own business case development to support sourcing and operations efficiency projects and present to senior leadership; partner with operations teams to define and monitor KPI, cost‑saving strategies and capital investments ensuring ROI targets are met; support annual operating plan, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning for North America (US and Canada) ensuring alignment with enterprise targets; own monthly/quarterly operational performance reviews, analyze variances and track corrective actions; design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key financial and operational metrics; champion continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
- Support internal audits of company assets, ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, regulatory standards and support internal audits related to operations finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of finance experience (prefer operations‑focused roles).
- Advanced analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Strong communicator and proactive influential leader with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.
- Data‑driven, attention to detail decision‑maker with a bias for action.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
- Proactive problem solver and self‑starter.
Travel and Work Environment
Travel Requirements: Flexible travel (<20%) is based on business needs.
Work Environment: Hybrid – 3 days in office.
