UMB Bank is seeking a Sr. Operations Associate for the Mail and Print Operations team in downtown Kansas City, MO.
The on-site role requires handling inbound/outbound mail, coordinating couriers, and assisting with print production tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. You will manage mail processes, vendor coordination, and print operations while supporting training and quality assurance activities within bank policies.
The Sr. Operations Associate within the Mail and Print Operations team supports the daily operation of centralized mail and print services enterprise wid. The roleis responsible fortheaccurate,timely, and secure handling of incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, andassistwith print production tasks. The position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, confidentiality, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multipleinitiatives asassigned byBank Operationsleadership.
This role is on-site (Mon through Fri, 8:30 – 5:00 PM) at the UMB Technology & Operations Center located in downtown Kansas City, MO.
