Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Sr. Operations Agent for time-critical shipments in Atlanta, GA. The role requires coordinating air, ground, and expedited freight, and providing 24/7 support for urgent deliveries.

You will work with sales, operations and customer service to meet client demands, negotiate with carriers, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Essential Job Functions

Education & Experience

• 3+ years in time-sensitive logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar role.


• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not always required).


• Experience with NFO (Next Flight Out), OBC (On-Board Courier), and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments.


• Familiarity with hazmat or temperature-controlled logistics.


• Multilingual abilities (a plus for international shipments).

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components


• Sitting for extended periods of time


• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus


• Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location
