Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced dispatcher in Lebanon, TN to coordinate driver assignments and ensure timely pickup and delivery of cargo. You will monitor shipments, maintain paperwork, and respond quickly to driver needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality service.

The role requires basic math, data entry, and strong communication to meet client commitments while working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience in logistics/dispatch preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience preferred.
• Strong typing or data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good vision and depth perception required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Client needs and commitments are met.
• Dispatch drivers and respond to Drivers calls.

• Notify drivers of assignments and direct their activities to ensure cargo is picked up and delivered.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 to 3 years, related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience preferred.

Certifications & Licenses

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
