Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Sr Network Automation Engineer for a 100% remote role. You will design and implement automated pipelines for enterprise deployments, automating on‑prem and cloud services, with emphasis on robust, scalable solutions.

You’ll work with networks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD to reduce MTTR and ensure high availability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ansible, Python, Terraform, and cloud networking across GCP/AWS/Azure/Oracle, plus Azure

Qualifications

• Experience in an enterprise-level environment is required.
• Proficiency with Ansible, Python and Terraform.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud networking (GCP/AWS/Azure/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Automate and generate Ansible code for network devices (Palo Alto, SD-WAN, Cisco, Aruba).
• Configure cloud services and cloud-native platforms for high-traffic apps.

Sr Network Automation Engineer

Location: 100% REMOTE!

Role Overview

The Senior Network Automation Engineer is a hands-on Engineer responsible for provisioning, configuring, and automating on prem and cloud services solutions. This role involves designing and implementing automated software delivery pipelines for enterprise deployments. A key focus is on providing solutions that are robust, scalable, and highly available. This position requires a professional who is passionate about learning and enjoys a deep dive into complex problems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the network architecture team to automate and generate Ansible code for various network devices including Palo Alto, SD-WAN, Cisco, and Aruba.
• Configure cloud services and cloud-native container orchestration platforms for high-traffic applications.
• Automate application delivery pipelines for containerized and legacy applications running in the cloud and on-premise.
• Provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure for multiple production and test environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) for production incidents through automated healing mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time as part of incident response.
• Handle operational tasks, including service tickets and changing passwords, with a focus on overall case resolution and CI/CD concepts.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Experience in an enterprise-level environment is required.

Technical Skills:

• Ansible for enterprise-level automation.
• Python.
• Terraform.
• Networking Experience: Understanding of network topology, configurations, subnets, ports, routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, SD-WAN, BGP, Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper. Ability to log in, change ports, and perform troubleshooting.
• Cloud Networking: Knowledge of cloud concepts with experience in platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or Oracle.
• Azure DevOps and Azure CI/CD.
