Senior Mobile Expert, Bilingual, are our most capable experts with a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service while leveraging their retail expertise. Our company-owned Experience stores attract new customers and provide the highest level of service to our existing customers. Senior Mobile Expert, Bilingual, will utilize new systems and tools to resolve customer needs from research to resolution, working with new products and a product roadmap tailored for these locations. This store uniquely combines a team of Experts working directly with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to create a one-stop resolution for customer pain points. Senior Mobile Expert, Bilingual, will receive curated training and ongoing development to enhance their expertise and grow within the environment, delivering the best sales and service experiences in a customer's lifetime.

Hourly Base Pay: $28.50
Annual Incentive Target: $7,200
Successful candidate's actual earnings vary based on performance. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
