Remote - Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (OT)

As a leading provider of virtual in-home therapy, we excel in addressing the unique needs of each client within the comfort of their environment.

We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California and are offering reimbursement for California licensure!

The Remote Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services via telehealth, working with a diverse caseload to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote improved function and independence.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
2. Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
3. Providing remote therapy sessions, including exercises and activities.
4. Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
5. Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and plans.
6. Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA.
7. Using telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
8. Engaging in ongoing professional development.

Compensation:

• 1099 Bilingual: $60 for 60-minute evaluations; $30 for 30-minute sessions
• 1099 Non-Bilingual: $56 for evaluations; $28 for sessions
• W2: $43-$56 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

*Licensure reimbursement after 90 days or 145 hours (~12 hours/week).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in clinical or school settings preferred
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+)
