Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator/Engineer to design, secure, and support Microsoft 365 services in a modern enterprise environment. • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience implementing Conditional Access, authentication solutions, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Defender and security operations concepts.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation, and Runbooks.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms in a large-scale environment.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator / Engineer to design, administer, secure, and support Microsoft 365 services in a modern enterprise environment. This role will focus on identity and access management, security, endpoint management, automation, and collaboration technologies while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and technologies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity governance, and access management solutions.
• Design and implement Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, and Zero Trust security controls.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Support Microsoft Defender capabilities and collaborate on security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation, and Runbooks.
• Manage application registrations, permissions, and integrations.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver reliable and secure services.
• Evaluate and support emerging Microsoft technologies, including AI and productivity solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience implementing Conditional Access, authentication solutions, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and security operations concepts.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation, and Runbooks.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms in a large-scale environment.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, or related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience supporting modern workplace, AI, automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to design secure and scalable solutions.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Information Barriers, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or Microsoft 365 tenant migration and separation projects.
