Job summary

Amtex Enterprises Inc. in Corona, CA (and a role in Ohio) is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs in medical-device manufacturing.

You will connect customers, commercial teams, engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing to drive product development and transfers. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program management within regulated environments, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of executing complex cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, life sciences or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs involving product development, manufacturing transfers, customer issues, and operational execution.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Operations, Sales and Compliance to ensure timely delivery and regulatory alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and use of lean tools across programs.
