Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Milford, OH area to lead product development programs in medical device, pharmaceutical, or combination product environments. This onsite role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Science and 8+ years in the field.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Science required.
8+ years of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing with ISO, FDA, MDD, and/or other healthcare regulations.
3+ years leading cross-functional product development activities and matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle management partner programs.
Support Design Control principles (Gate reviews, freezes, Design reviews, Change management, approvals).
Set and track project KPI (Strategy, Regulatory pathway, Clinical build progress, status, Schedule, Allocate resources, risk).
Maximize relationships with external partners (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare).
