Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for our Medical Device Business in Corona, CA. This full-time role leads cross-functional programs, serving as the primary liaison between Operations, Sales, Quality, R&D, and external customers to align timelines and deliver compliant medical device solutions.

You will manage detailed project plans, budgets, and KPIs, drive risk mitigation, implement lean tools, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's in engineering, life sciences or business (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years in program/project management in medical devices/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Quality, and R&D to align milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
