Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies in Austin, TX seeks a Sr. Staff Project Manager to lead complex medical device programs from concept through commercialization. You will scope, plan, execute, and close projects, manage budgets and cross-functional teams, and communicate progress with executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering (MS preferred), PMP or similar certification, and 8+ years of regulated PM experience. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience scoping, planning, executing and closing medical device projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
• Ability to define and manage scope across the product development life cycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with Stage Gate product development processes.
• Strong presentation and reporting of project metrics, progress, and risks.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities
