Qualifications

• PMP certification is required and 7+ years of program management in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proven ability to communicate with customers, stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects from contract acceptance through production.
• Plan and manage scope, schedule and budget across the product lifecycle.
• Act as primary customer liaison, ensuring timely, professional communication.
• Coordinate program reviews, publish metrics and reports.
• Drive program risk, schedule and action plans; ensure contractual requirements.
• Negotiate changes with customers and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor teams to project completion.
